As a company with Japanese roots, we feel and believe that every customer deserves the highest quality experience that we can provide. Our responsibility to our customers is to address any issues such as unfulfilled orders or damaged parts to the best of our ability for each verified transaction. We ask that you extend us more patience as we work to make this happen.

ALL requests to correct UNVERIFIED transactions CANNOT BE FULFILLED.

If a transaction has been verified but issues arose due to improper installation, please refer to OUR FAQ SECTION. All PARTS MANUFACTURED BY BOMEX ARE HANDMADE WITH FIBERGLASS MATERIAL. THESE MATERIALS AND intricate design PROCESS requires a highly skilled professional to handle the final product. WE ALWAYS RECOMMEND PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION WITH PROPER preparation AND hardware BY A CERTIFIED BODY SHOP TO ACHIEVE THE BEST FITMENT POSSIBLE. This is ESPECIALLY important WITH OLDER PLATFORMS THAT have BEEN MODIFIED, repaired, or DAMAGED OVER TIME. 

FROM THIS DAY FORWARD, BOMEX AERO WILL be monitoring SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS FOR POSERS, SCAMMERS AND ALL sources THAT aim to DEFAME OUR COMPANY. Actions WILL BE taken BY OUR LEGAL TEAM.

WE ASK THE PUBLIC TO PLEASE REPORT THESE ISSUES TO US IF YOU SEE ANY SUSPICIOUS ENTITIES, ACCOUNTS or WEBSITES THAT ARE fraudulently CLAIMING THEY ARE BOMEX AERO FOR US TO BE ABLE TO TAKE LEGAL STEPS.
